# Customize the file name of your receipts

You can easily edit the file name format of your exported receipts & invoices in **Settings > Accounting settings > Exports > Receipts file names**.

Add or delete the values you'd like to display. You can change the date, supplier name, payer or even add [your custom fields](http://helpcenter.spendesk.com/en/articles/4028519-add-custom-fields). Per default, you cannot delete the payment ID nor the invoice ID.
