# Export your budgets!

#### You can easily export budgets from Spendesk!

Whether you need to **analyse** your spending data or **share** **it** with others, this feature allows you to export either a **single** budget or **multiple** budgets at once.

## Export a Budget

There are 2 ways you can export data about **Budgets**.

1. From the **specific budget's view:** Navigate to the specific budget you want to export.
2. From the **main Budgets page:** Alternatively, you can export all budgets at once from the **Budgets** tab, in a single spreadsheet.

Clicking on the '**download' arrow/icon** will initiate the export process, which continues in the background, so you can keep navigating the application without interrupting the export.

After the export process is completed, you will receive an email containing a link, which allows you to download the exported data in a spreadsheet file.
