### Troubleshooting

If you are unable to delete your account because you are the last member of a workspace, you must first delete the workspace.

To do this, go to ****Settings → Workspace Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Workspace****.

Once the workspace is deleted, you can then delete your user account.

If you encounter an error, try leaving the workspace first, then deleting it, before proceeding to delete your account.

If your account is temporarily accessible after a suspension, you still need to delete it from your own dashboard by following the steps above.

|| If you cannot access the dashboard at all, contact support and share the email address of the account you want to delete so the team can check the account status and guide you further.

If your account is suspended and you cannot access the dashboard, ask the support team to temporarily restore access so you can delete the account yourself. Account deletion is self-serve and requires access to your account.
