# How to locate merchant ID and get FTP details from ShareASale?

**Locating your Merchant ID**

[Login](https://account.shareasale.com/m-login.cfm) to your ShareASale merchant account. You can see your Merchant ID right under your account name

#### Setting up FTP

[Login](https://account.shareasale.com/m-login.cfm) to your ShareASale merchant account.

Open a [support ticket](https://www.shareasale.com/m-helpcenter.cfm?page=%5Fm%3Dtickets%26%5Fa%3Dsubmit) with ShareASale.

Contact them requesting to provide the FTP details and also enable **port 21** and whitelist this static IP address: 45.79.112.106

_Recently ShareASale has enabled port 22. To avoid any inconveniences tell them to enable port 21_

4. They will provide the FTP details then which you can use to upload the feed through our system.
