How to locate merchant ID and get FTP details from ShareASale?
Locating your Merchant ID
Login to your ShareASale merchant account. You can see your Merchant ID right under your account name
Setting up FTP
Login to your ShareASale merchant account.
Open a support ticket with ShareASale.
Contact them requesting to provide the FTP details and also enable port 21 and whitelist this static IP address: 45.79.112.106
Recently ShareASale has enabled port 22. To avoid any inconveniences tell them to enable port 21
- They will provide the FTP details then which you can use to upload the feed through our system.
