Log in with Google authentication, SAML SSO or Microsoft Connect
The SAML SSO feature is a paid option that is not enabled by default. To activate it, contact your account manager or customer@spendesk.com.
Sign in Using Google Authentication
When you choose Google authentication, you gain the following benefits:
- No need to worry about forgetting your password.
- Connect to Spendesk in just two clicks.
Important:
- If you created your account with Google authentication, you cannot log in using your email address and a password. This is because no password was ever created for your account.
- To set up a password, sign in through Google first and then add a password to your profile.
Sign in Through Microsoft Connect
To sign in via Microsoft Connect:
- On the login page, select "Continue with Microsoft".
- Enter your Microsoft credentials in the pop-up window.
- Proceed to sign in.
Benefit:
- You can access your Spendesk account through your Office 365 account with a single click!
Log in with SAML SSO
If your company uses SAML SSO, the login method depends on whether Forced SAML is enabled:
When Forced SAML is Enabled
- You can only log in via SAML SSO.
When Forced SAML is Not Enabled
- You can log in via SAML SSO or another method (e.g., Google authentication, email, and password).
Requirements:
- Your email address must match between Spendesk and your company’s identity provider.
