* **The director of a company**
* **A corporate officer of the company**
* **A holder of a delegation of authority** (under certain conditions)

You can now submit your application online.

## Documents Required

Depending on your wallet’s currency, you may need to provide:

* **Your certificate of incorporation**
* **A copy of one of your directors' IDs**

# You Are an Organization

Spendesk accounts can also help organizations manage their expenses efficiently.

## Additional Documents Required for Organizations

Due to the associative nature of organizations, you may be required to submit:

* **Your articles of association**
* **Your most recent minutes**
* **The list of your directors**
* **Proof of residency for the members of the association offices**

# You Are a Company in the Process of Registration

As a company still in the process of registration, you can open a Spendesk account. However, certain limitations apply:

* [Regulatory spending limit](http://helpcenter.spendesk.com/en/articles/4168203-kyb-process): €10,000 until your registration is complete.
* **For U.S. customers:** The €10,000 limit does not apply, but the account cannot be used until KYB (Know Your Business) validation is completed.
