# Request a top-up on the mobile app

Are you traveling or making expenses and need a top-up? You can easily request a top-up from the mobile app in just two simple steps.

**1. Go to the Home Page**  
On the home page of your app, tap on **"Add money"** at the top.

**2. Fill in the Amount**

* **If your request is within your approval policy:  
​**Simply enter the amount you wish to top-up and confirm. That's it! The amount will be available on your card immediately.
* **If your request exceeds your approval policy:**  
Enter the amount you need and confirm. Your top-up request will need approval from one of your **Approvers** or the **Account Owner**.
