  • Why do all my clients receive my emails in spam?
    Receiving emails can be complicated depending on the inbox used by the client. Indeed, each provider (Gmail, Hotmail, OVH, etc.) has its own anti-spam policy. Hotmail, for example, is known to have an excessive anti-spam policy, and there is a high chance that your emails will end up in spam at Hotmail, whether you use Fotostudio or not.   • Is it possible to send an email / newsletter to all my contacts?
    Currently, this is not possible, as Fotostudio does not offer a mailing / newsletter tool. However, you can easily export your contacts from the Contacts menu, and then import them into a free mailing software like Mailjet or MailChimp for example.Wenig Leser
  • Why is my email marked as unread even though my client has read it?
    Every time one of your emails is displayed by your client, a small invisible image is loaded, which allows us to consider the email as read, because it has been opened. However, some people and/or some email software block the display of images when reading an email. In this case, our image is never loaded and we cannot know if the email has been read.   • How to send an attachment larger than 5 MB / send multiple attachments?
    When you send an email in Fotostudio (or when you prepare an email template), you have the option to select an attachment. However, you are limited to one attachment per email and to a maximum size of 5 MB.
