How to associate a viewing session with a shoot?
Many photographers take advantage of viewing sessions to sell additional products related to their shoot. Find out how to do this in Fotostudio.
There are two ways to proceed:
1. Create an appointment
You can simply create an appointment with the date of the viewing session. To do this, go to the contact's file, tab "Agenda", then click the Add an appointment button.

Fotostudio primarily works with the use of shoots, but you can also create appointments.
A shoot allows you to create a record with a date, a location, a payment plan, a workflow, a quote, invoices, a contract, etc.

If you offer packages (maternity & newborn, wedding & engagement, etc.), you will need to create multiple shoots associated with each other.
You will create the main shoot which will serve as a reference for the administrative part (contract, quotes, invoices, etc.).
Then, in the file of this main shoot, you will find a button Add an associated shoot at the bottom of the left column. This button allows you to create a second shoot, which will be linked to the first.

In Fotostudio, you have the option to archive a shoot.
Why archive a shoot?
As your activity grows, you will accumulate a large number of shoots. It can be useful for better organization to sort through and thus archive shoots that are no longer needed to lighten your database. This includes past shoots, or shoots that are not going to take place.

In the file of the shoot you wish to archive, you will find an Archive button at the bottom of the left column.
