How to apply a discount code?

*Discount codes are available on some conditions. Here is the process to apply a discount code.*

Discount codes are only available for the Essentials and Plus plans. You will not be able to apply a discount to a Mini plan.

Here is what you should to apply a discount code:

Connect to app.crisp.chat
Navigate to *Settings → Billing → Plans & Subscriptions*
Looking for the workspace on which you wish to apply the discount
Hit the "Coupon" button

Note that the coupon can only be applied after upgrading. No worries though — You will still be able to apply it before any charges are applied (these are not immediate after upgrading)
