How to cancel a subscription?

*You need to cancel your Crisp subscription? We are sorry to hear that. Here is the procedure.*


Cancel my plan


This can be done simply by downgrading to the "Free" plan, which will cancel your current subscription effective immediately and prevent future charges.


  • Login to https://app.crisp.chat
  • Navigate to **Settings → Billing → Plans & Subscriptions **
  • Hit the "Change Plan" button and downgrade to the "Free" plan.


Confirming No Further Charges After Downgrading to the Free Plan


After you downgrade your workspace to the Free Plan, you can confirm that no further charges will occur by checking your current plan status:


  1. Go to *Settings **→* Billing *→* Plans & Subscriptions**.
  2. Ensure that your workspace shows *Free Plan* as the active plan.
  3. If you wish, you may also remove your payment method for additional assurance.


Once your workspace is on the Free Plan, no further deductions or charges will be made. If you were billed before the downgrade took effect, contact support to request a refund review.
