Crisp offer CSV export for your contacts. These information are available inside Crisp CRM that is available from the Essentials plan.

Crisp is using *CSV* to as data import option.

1. Retrieve your data

• Connect to app.crisp.chat
• Go to the Contacts tab
• On the upper right corner, click on *Action* → *Export* contact profiles.
• Your contacts will be then exported. This could take few minutes depending on how many contacts you have
• You will receive a notification via email then.

Limitations

• Exports are limited to 200K contacts (if you need to export more, please contact us).
