How to link Crisp to Zendesk (deprecated)
*Available from Crisp Essentials, Crisp Zendesk plugin allows you to reply to Crisp messages directly from Zendesk.*
People will be able to send messages over the Crisp Livechat and your agents will be able to reply using Zendesk.
1. Install the Crisp App on the Zendesk Marketplace
- Go to https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/crisp/
- Click *Install*
- Fill your Zendesk URL, like acme.zendesk.com
- You will be redirected to the Zendesk Dashboard then.
- Click Install again
2. Setup the Crisp Channel on Zendesk
- Go to the Zendesk Settings
- Go to Channel Integrations
- Configure Crisp channel
- Go to Accounts
- Click on *Add Account*
- Now you need a Zendesk Key, Provided by Crisp. Go to Step 3


3. Retrieve the Zenesk Key on the Crisp Dashboard
- Go to app.crisp.chat
- Go to Settings
- Go to Zendesk
- Copy the Zendesk Key and Paste it on Zendesk.
