What are the payment methods supported by Crisp?

Credit Cards
We use *Stripe* to store your card information and process payments. Stripe is a service dedicated to payment processing, which is PCI compliant. Your card number is not stored on Crisp systems.
We support the following card suppliers:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
You can add one in: *Settings → Billing → Cards → Add new payment method*
PayPal
You can alternatively use PayPal to pay your Crisp subscriptions. PayPal supports more credit card providers and as well as bank transfers.
*To link Crisp PayPal: Navigate to Settings → Billing → Cards → Add new payment method*
Wire
It is possible to send us wires for your payments for yearly Crisp Essentials, Crisp Plus and Crisp Enterprise plans. Please contact our team via chat or email : support@crisp.chat
