Crisp offers discount programs for eligible startups and non-profit organizations. These discounts are reviewed manually by the Crisp team and are available on ****Essentials**** and ****Plus**** plans only.

# Startup Program

The Startup Program is designed for young companies that are starting to grow and need a complete support platform at a reduced rate.

__You may qualify for the Startup Program if your company:__

* Is a new Crisp customer
* Has raised less than ****$1M**** in funding
* Has existed for less than ****3 years****

#### Startup discount amount

If your company is eligible, Crisp can apply a ****30% discount**** code to your subscription.

The discount is designed to stay attached to your subscription rather than expire after a short trial period, as long as the subscription remains eligible and the discount code stays active.

Contact Crisp through the live chat and share the information needed for review.

* A short description of your organization and services
* Your business registration certificate
* An official document proving your non-profit status or tax exemption

Once the request is approved, the discount is applied by the Crisp team.
