# How to block the chatbox for specific IPs

__This article explains how to block the Crisp chatbox for specific IP addresses.__

# Clear blocked rules

You can remove existing blocked IP and email rules from the same restrictions area by using ****Clear all Blocked Rules****.

||| Clearing blocked rules removes the existing blocked visitor rules from that menu. Review the list before using it on a production workspace.
