# How to change the Knowledge Base favicon

__Change the favicon shown in browser tabs for your Crisp Knowledge Base by updating your workspace icon.__

The Knowledge Base favicon uses the same icon as your Crisp workspace website icon. To change it, update the workspace icon from your workspace settings.

# Update the workspace icon

Start from [**app.crisp.chat**](https://app.crisp.chat), then open ****Settings → Workspace Settings → Workspace Information****.

__To change the Knowledge Base favicon:__

* Open ****Workspace Information****
* Upload the new workspace icon or logo
* Save the workspace settings
* Refresh your Knowledge Base in the browser
