When a user sends a Messenger message, Crisp adds the Facebook Page name to ****Visitor Data**** in the right sidebar. This helps your team understand which brand, page, or business the user contacted.

###### I changed my Facebook password

If the password changed, reconnect Crisp with Messenger from ****Plugins → Messenger**** so Crisp receives a fresh authorization token.

###### The user who connected Messenger left the company

If the Facebook user who authorized the connection loses admin access or leaves the company, the connection can break because Crisp was using that person's token. Reconnect Messenger from ****Plugins → Messenger**** using an active admin account.

###### The user contacted us more than 24 hours ago

Messenger limits replies after the 24-hour messaging window. If a user contacts you, your team can reply during the next 24 hours. After that window closes, Facebook may refuse the message until the user sends a new message.
