# How to connect Ringover with Crisp

__Learn how to connect Ringover to Crisp so phone calls, call notes, and call events can be handled from the Inbox.__

|| To use this integration, you need the ****Crisp Essentials**** plan and a ****Business**** or ****Advanced**** plan on Ringover.
