# How to install the Crisp live-chat chatbox on Bubble

__This article explains how to add the Crisp chatbox to a Bubble app.__

Bubble does not require you to edit your app code directly. You can install Crisp through a community Bubble plugin, then connect it to your Crisp workspace with your ****Website ID****.

# Copy your Website ID from Crisp

The Bubble plugin needs your Crisp ****Website ID**** to load the right chatbox.

__To copy your Website ID:__

1. Open [**Crisp**](https://app.crisp.chat).
2. Navigate to ****Settings → Workspace Settings → Setup & Integrations****.
3. Find the ****Website ID**** field.
4. Copy the value.

# Install Crisp in Bubble

Use Bubble's plugin system to install and configure the Crisp plugin.

__To add Crisp to Bubble:__

1. Open your Bubble app.
2. Open ****Plugins****.

3. Search for `` `Crisp` `` in the plugin list.

4. Install the [Crisp Chat Integration plugin](https://bubble.io/plugin/crisp-chat-intergration-1645688836440x233407938173599740).
5. Paste your ****Website ID**** in the plugin settings.

6. Preview or publish your Bubble app and check that Crisp appears.
