Products Reviews
Through the *Dokan Cloud Product Review* feature, customers can provide feedback on a product’s service quality or the vendor’s behavior directly from their account after completing a purchase.
This review option becomes accessible in the customer’s account only once the product has been fully purchased and successfully delivered.

Customer Review Process
When a customer navigates to the *Review* section from their *My Account* page, they will see all the products listed under *Pending Reviews* — these are products that have been fully purchased but not yet reviewed.
By clicking the *Review* button next to a product, the customer can submit their feedback. If they prefer, they can post their feedback anonymously by selecting the *Review as Anonymous* checkbox.
While submitting a review, customers can provide their desired *rating*, write a *description*, and, if they wish, *upload images* to support their feedback.

Review History
When a customer submits a review, it will be moved to the *Review History* section. If the vendor has replied to that review, the customer can view the reply by clicking the *Reply* button.
From the *Review History* section, customers can also *edit* or *delete* any of their submitted reviews as needed.

Vendor Review Dashboard
When a customer submits a review, it will be deposited into the *Reviews* section of the vendor’s dashboard under *Products*. The vendor can respond to reviews directly from this interface.
The vendor also has the ability to view *all reviews* together or filter them by status - *Pending,* *Approved*, or *Rejected*.

Review Filtering
Vendors can also filter reviews based on *ratings*. To do this, they can click the *Filter* option located at the *top-right corner* of the page and apply the desired rating filter.

Admin Review Management
From the *Reviews* option under the *Products* section of the admin dashboard, the admin can view all submitted reviews. The reviews are organized and displayed with details such as *Reviewer Name*, *Vendor Name*, *Product Name*, *Ratings*, *Status*, *Date*, and *Actions*.
From this section, the admin can *approve* or *reject* reviews directly through the dashboard.

Review Display on Product Page
Only the reviews *approved by the admin* will be displayed in the *Review* section of the corresponding product.

Store Page Reviews
All reviews of the products available in a vendor’s store can be viewed by any customer from the *Review* section of the vendor’s *Store Page*.
