The report abuse feature allows users to flag inappropriate or harmful content on the platform, such as fake reviews, offensive comments, or fraudulent listings. This tool helps maintain a safe and trustworthy shopping environment by enabling customers and vendors to report issues quickly. It supports the platform’s efforts to monitor, review, and take action against violations, ensuring a better experience for all users.

With Dokan Cloud's report abuse feature, customers can build trust and report if they find any problem.

To use the Report Abuse feature, drag and drop the Report Abuse widget from the page builder (single store page) and drop it where you want to show the button-

After dragging the widget, you can customize it by changing the dialog of the modal and changing the title of the button from the content section-

You can also change the color, typography, background color from the Style section-

In the advanced section, you can set the padding, margin, alignment, position, customize the Background, attributes, CSS, responsiveness-

After that, click on the Save button to finish.

How to Add Abuse Options

To add abuse options, login to your Dokan Cloud dashboard and go to *Settings--> Report Abuse.* There write new abuse reasons and press enter to add new reasons-

Then the customers can see the reasons by clicking on the Abuse Reports option-

In the pop-up modal the customer will see the reasons-

The admin can see the reports in the *Dokan Cloud--> Abuse Reports* section-

That's it.
