Approve a request on the mobile app

As an Account owner or Cost center owner/Team Approver, you can easily approve your team’s requests directly from the Spendesk mobile app, even while on the go!


  1. Open the Spendesk app.
  2. Navigate to the Home page.
  3. All of your team's pending requests will be displayed under the "To Approve" tab.
  4. Tap on the request you wish to review. You will then be able to view the details and either approve or reject the request.


What types of requests can be approved from the app ?


  • Virtual card requests
  • Physical card top-ups
  • Expense claims
  • Mileage claims
  • Invoice requests
  • Subscription requests
  • Per Diem requests


Edit a request


If part of a request (such as an invoice or expense claim) contains incorrect information, approvers or controllers now have the option to invite the requester to edit the request so it can be resubmitted. This process saves time, as it eliminates the need to fill in all the fields again.


To edit a request, simply navigate to the Requests page.
