Submit an expense claim on the mobile app
You can easily submit an expense while on the go using your Spendesk mobile app.
Please note that it's not possible to submit an expense claim for somebody else at the moment, this needs to be done from the Requester's profile directly.
Submit an expense claim
Tap the + New request button on Spendesk and click on Submit a reimbursement.
Then,
take a photo of your receipt.
Tap I'm done if you only have one receipt/claim to send, or choose **Submit another expense clWenig LeserApprove/reject an expense claim on the mobile app (AO & Approvers only)
If your company has enabled the expense claim feature, you can review and moderate expense claim requests directly from the mobile app, even while on the go!
How to Approve or Reject an Expense Claim
Open the Spendesk app and go to the "Approve pending requests" tab on the homepage.
You'll see all the current requests awaiting your approval.
Review the details of the request, including the description, cost center, analytics, amount, etc.

Download the Spendesk mobile app
You can also go directly to your App Store or Play Store and type "Spendesk".
Why should I download the mobile app?
The mobile app works in conjunction with the Spendesk card. It allows you to :

As an Account owner or Cost center owner/Team Approver, you can easily approve your team’s requests directly from the Spendesk mobile app, even while on the go!
Open the Spendesk app.
Navigate to the Home page.
All of your team's pending requests will be displayed under the "To Approve" tab.
Tap on the request you wish to review. You will then be able to view the details and either approve or reject the request.

You do not need to use your laptop to generate a single-use virtual card. With our mobile app, you can create one on-the-go!
Make sure you have the latest version of the app on iOS or Android, and follow these simple steps:
On the home page of the app, tap the +New request button.
Select Ask for a virtual card.
Enter the desired amount and tap Continue.
Fill in the supplier, description, analytic codes, and other details.
Tap Submit request.

Are you traveling or making expenses and need a top-up? You can easily request a top-up from the mobile app in just two simple steps.
1. Go to the Home Page On the home page of your app, tap on "Add money" at the top.
2. Fill in the Amount
**If your request is within your approval policy:
**Simply enter the amount you wish to top-up and confirm. That's it! The amount will be available on your card immediately.
If your request exceeds your approval policy:

Upload your receipt in seconds on the app.
Fill in Payment Details and Receipts
Once you make a payment using your Spendesk card, a transaction will appear on your app’s home page. You can upload a receipt in just a few steps!
Tap on the transaction to view and complete the payment details, including:
Supplier name
Description of the purchase
Analytical code (if activated)
Cost center, etc.
Tap on Add Receipt to submit your payment receipt:

If you use Google to login onto our iOS app, you might encounter the following login error: "400: admin_policy_enforced".
This error is one of the common authentication issues users might face when using Single Sign-On (SSO) across platforms.
If you notice this error message, don't worry.
It's not a glitch but you'll need some safety settings updated on your Google company's account.

Before logging in, make sure you have downloaded the Spendesk app. Once the app is installed, you can log in using your regular desktop version credentials, which include your company email and password, or through Microsoft, Google, or SAML SSO.
Additionally, all users must utilize spendesk's mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), predominantly phone-based, to enhance account security.

While on the go, you can view your PIN on your Card's page on the mobile app.
Go to your home page.
Tap "Show pin"

Need to block your card temporarily (or not)?
For your account's security, you can block your card from the app at any time.
Block your card temporarily
Tap "My cards"
Select your physical card
Choose "Block my card" (it will block it temporarily).
You can undo this action.
Any amount loaded before blocking your card will be credited back to your card.
You'll receive a confirmation email.

If you are part of multiple Spendesk entities, you can easily switch between accounts.
Simply tap your entity's name, then choose the entity you want to log in to.
