By default, we show We run on Crisp links in the chatbox and in emails we send to/from your visitors.

Go to your Crisp dashboard
Head over to the Settings from the bottom-left icon

When your visitors chat with you and send you a message, they are notified that an agent has read their message in the chatbox by a "read" indicator. You may want to disable this indicator if you wish to avoid informing the user when an operator has read their message.

This is the notification shown at the bottom of the chatbox, such as the message that says you usually reply within a few minutes.
Hiding this popup doesn't affect how visitors see you as online or away when they chat with you. Also, it does not hide the little green circle that is visible when you are online and the chatbox is minimized.
