Walmart requires the products you sell on its marketplace to have a GTIN (Global Trade Item Number). Your products will be removed from their platform if you don’t have a GTIN exemption.

From https://developer.walmart.com/#/generateKey, log in to your Walmart seller account.
You'll be taken to a page to "Generate Your API Keys". If no information is present on the screen, click "Reset Client ID and Client Secret".
