Why should I download the mobile app?

The mobile app works in conjunction with the Spendesk card. It allows you to :

• Snap a picture and submit receipts.
• Create expense claims.
• Fill in payment information and analytics.
• Edit your profile.
• View your approval policy.
• View your card's limitations and card load.
• Filter your payments.
• Track your spending in real-time.
• Check your card balance.
• View your PIN code.
• Request top-ups.
• Generate a virtual card while on-the-go.
• Temporary or permanently block your card.
• Activate Touch ID.

If you are an Account owner or Team approver, you can also:

• approve requests for your team.
• approve expense claims for reimbursement.

Credentials

You can log in to the Spendesk app with your regular credentials: your company email + your password or with Gmail/Microsoft/SAML SSO authentication. If you have to enter a code to unlock the app, it's usually the one to unlock your mobile device.

Is Spendesk's mobile app SDK/Intunes-compliant?
