Card blocked after 3 attempts with a wrong PIN code
If you've mistakenly entered the wrong PIN for your Spendesk card 3 times, your card will be blocked. Here's a guide on what to do next.
Employees - Steps to Follow
Contact your administrator
- Inform your Administrator or Account Owner.
- They will assist you in ordering a new card. Unfortunately, once blocked due to a PIN error, the card cannot be unblocked and must be replaced.
Receive and activate your new card
- Once the new card arrives, you will need to activate it.
- For your first transaction with the new card, you'll need to enter your PIN to activate contactless payments.
Administrator - Here is how you can help
- Go to Cards tab.
- Click on the card and block it.
- Click on "Report & Delete", select a reason, and proceed with the action.
- You can now reorder a new card.
- Ensure the shipping address is correct.
Remember: The card chip will be permanently blocked after three incorrect PIN attempts, even if these attempts occur on different days.
