Understand your wallet breakdown
Wallet overviews
If you are the Account Owner or Controller of the account, you have access to 2 views:
- The Controller Dashboard view, which includes:
- Your current wallet balance
- The scheduled transfers
- The limits on cards
- The detailed view in Settings > Your wallet > Wallet details tab**.**
It includes:
- Your current wallet balance
- Amount available for new requests: Amount that can be used for new requests/expenses in the Requests tab
- Scheduled transfers: Payments that have been scheduled to cover for expense claims and invoices.
- Allocated on cards: This corresponds to the amounts you assigned as limits on cards. It is the sum of what is available on:
- recurring cards (Subscriptions)
- physical cards (Cards tab)
- single use cards
- multi use cards
Shortfall: your funds are insufficient to cover your card limits and scheduled transfers
If the difference between your current balance and the sum of allocation to cards + scheduled transfers is negative, then we will display a shortfall to notify you on your homepage.
If you want to secure your upcoming expenses, top-up your wallet.
