How do I fix browser notifications settings?

*If you can't receive notification settings because of browser settings, this article is made for you!*


If you disabled notifications the first time Crisp requested the permission, you may have issues to enable it back. Here is the procedure for most browsers.


Google Chrome


  • Go to app.crisp.chat
  • Click on the left of the URL input.
  • Ensure the notifications are set to "Ask" or "Allow"

Mozilla Firefox


  • Go to app.crisp.chat
  • Click on the left of the URL input.
  • Ensure the "Send Notifications" permission is not blocked

Safari


  • Open Safari
  • Go to *Safari* > *Preferences*
  • Open the *Websites* tab
  • Ensure notification permission is set to Allow for app.crisp.chat
