How to hide the chat on specific countries

Crisp allows you to hide the chatbox for some countries. 🌍

*Here is how to proceed:*

• Go to your Crisp dashboard
• Head over to the *Settings* from the bottom-left icon
• Navigate to *Settings → Chatbox Settings → Chatbox Restrictions*
• Click on the *Add a blocked country* button and select the countries to block

The chat will be blocked then for those countries.
