How to hide the chat on specific countries

Crisp allows you to hide the chatbox for some countries. 🌍

Here is how to proceed:

• Go to your Crisp dashboard
• Head over to the Settings from the bottom-left icon
• Navigate to Settings → Chatbox Settings → Chatbox Restrictions
• Click on the Add a blocked country button and select the countries to block

The chat will be blocked then for those countries.
