How to temporary hide the chat on my website

Crisp allows you to hide the Chat from your website by clicking on a button. It can be useful during vacations. This is why we named it the *Vacation Mode*.

*Here is how to proceed:*

• Go to your Crisp dashboard
• Head over to the *Settings* from the bottom-left icon
• Navigate to *Settings → Chatbox Settings → Chatbox Restrictions*
• Enable the option *Place support in vacation mode (hide chatbox)*

This will disable the chatbox from all places it was installed. This option will need to be disabled when you wish to reactivate it.
