You suspect a fraudulent payment
If you suspect a fraudulent card transaction on your Spendesk account, please follow these steps to secure your account and resolve the issue:
- Block or Pause Your Card:
- Physical cards: Go to the Cards tab and click Block card.
- Virtual cards: To the the detail panel of your virtual card and click Block card for multi use cards or Pause for subscription cards.
- Contact the Merchant:
- Reach out to the merchant involved and request the cancellation of the suspicious transaction.
- Notify Spendesk Support:
- Email our support team at support@spendesk.com with the following details:
- Cardholder's email
- Date of the transaction
- Transaction amount
- Name of the supplier
- This information will help us investigate and potentially request a refund on your behalf.
- Complete a Dispute Form:
- If the merchant does not reimburse you as requested, our team will provide you a form to dispute the transaction.
- Investigation and Refund Process:
- Once the form is completed, our support team will forward it to our banking partner.
- Our partner will investigate and decide if a refund is warranted.
