Physical cards
If your physical card runs out of funds, request a top-up.
Wallet Balance
- Your company's Spendesk wallet balance must be sufficient to cover all transactions, including scheduled transfers and card payments.
- The available balance is the total funds in your company's wallet minus scheduled payments and allocated card budgets.
- Contact an administrator when you experience payment failure for insufficient funds: it could mean that your company wallet balance is too low.
